To make communicating with our clients as easy as possible, Serenity is able to receive and send text messages from our main number, 614-948-3273. On our Intake form, we ask new clients how they wish to be contacted for the services we provide, if you wish to opt out of SMS/texts, please use the following procedure:

Opt-Out via SMS
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying to any SMS message from us by using one of the following keywords:

• "STOP"
  
• "UNSUBSCRIBE"
• "QUIT"
  
  

Opt-Out via email

Send an email to intake-mail@serenity-bhs.org and request that you no longer wish to be contacted via SMS/text and relay that you prefer to be contacted either by email or phone.

Opt-Out via phone

Call our main line, 614-948-3273 and either speak with a staff member or leave a message -- if we are unable to answer the phone -- and request to opt out of SMS/texts

Upon receipt of your opt-out request via SMS, email, or phone, we will update the contact preferences we have on file for you.

Privacy of Phone Numbers
Once you revoke your consent for us to contact you at a specified number (Opted out), we will not send you any more text/SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
