The owner of the agency is very committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and talented team. As a current employee, I am given the freedom to do my job and to provide input on a per-project basis and at the corporate level. All team members are expected to do what they were hired to do and no one drops the ball. Given that the majority of my co-workers are therapists, there is no corporate drama! Everyone is professional and approachable and eager to pitch in to make projects work or to lend a hand when asked. I have never experienced the feeling of being so valued in a workplace.

Autonomy and Flexibility
I love that employees are not micromanaged in the workplace. Despite this, there is usually another colleague either a call or message away who can help answer any questions or offer support. The job is stressful, but being a mental health professional comes with an understanding that there will be stress. Luckily, employees have control of their own schedule and are only required to meet realistic expectations. Oh, and who doesn't enjoy free trainings that count for CEUs? (And free food!)
