Lauren Greenberg, CT

Clinical Therapist Intern

It takes a lot of courage to reach out to a therapist. But you are brave. And you are worth it. I am naturally a problem solver, but I take your lead. Through utilizing a person centered approach, I want to help you learn how to advocate for yourself, find your voice, and more effectively meet your needs. I’m here to help you shift deeply rooted thoughts and beliefs so they can serve you better. I recognize how powerful it can be to share the most vulnerable parts of who we are, and I believe that in-and-of-itself can be healing. Gaining language and understanding of your experience can be empowering, and it would be an honor to journey alongside you through this process.

Whether you need support as you navigate the fog of depression, a dysfunctional relationship with food or body image, sorting through relational concerns, or you need some encouragement as you adjust to being in a new place, season, or stage of life - I would be honored to be trusted and welcomed into your story.

I was born and raised in metro-Detroit and I am currently completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of the Cumberlands. Personally, I have a lot of compassion for the isolation and stigma of mental illness within church contexts. I enjoy spending my free time with loved ones, running, and curled up with a blanket and a good book.
