I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, LGBT+ issues, and relationships. I've received by Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, where I worked in suicide prevention, and received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ohio University. 

 I create an individualized plan for each of my clients and often utilize approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solutions-Focused Therapy. Together, we can work to build upon your strengths and set you on the path to reach your goals.
