I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) who specializes in treating adults and adolescents who are struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I earned my Master's degree from The Ohio State University and I completed training at The Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio and EMDRIA.

I have experience working in private practice, residential treatment, and community mental health settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Densisitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and attachment and somatic therapies. I aim to empower my clients as they work through their current issues, while learning new coping skills and becoming conscious of their patterns of thinking. I will support and guide you as you grow, heal, and achieve your personal goals toward a more meaningful life.
