Clinical Therapist

I work with adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, relational issues, and other life stressors. It is not always easy to face life’s challenges, but I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for reflection. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us recognize and change unhelpful thinking patterns and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness-based and trauma-informed principles into my work. I look forward to working with you to create the change you want to see in your life.

I have been a board-certified music therapist since 2013 and graduated with my master’s in Clinical Mental Health/Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University in 2021. I also have a master's degree in music therapy from Ohio University.
