Child, Adolescent, and Adult Counseling

Click here if you are a new client seeking to begin services with Serenity Behavioral Health Services.   Our Intake Process has been modified slightly.  First, please complete the “Client Information Form”.  This form will help us understand your current needs and help us match you with the best therapist available.  Once received, our Intake Department will reach out to discuss your options.  Once confirmed, we will send you a “Welcome Email” that will allow you to set up a Portal Account to complete the reset of your paperwork and consent forms.  Once all forms are completed, then Intake Department will confirm your appointment with you.  Every therapist can do In-Person or TeleHealth appointments, whichever you prefer.

Please note, we primarily provide outpatient mental health therapy, group therapy and medication management to individuals 16 and older.  We don't do psychological assessments, ADHD assessments/evaluations/testing, court-ordered evaluations/treatment, or alcohol and/or drug assessments. We only provide mental health assessments and treatment. Please note, Couples Therapy Sessions are private pay only; we are not able to accept insurances for couples counseling.  However, an individual can invite any other individual to join their sessions to address relationship issues.

We see clients aged 16 and up. If you have a child aged 12 - 15, we will consider placement after speaking with you further regarding your child's needs; do not fill out any paperwork until you have spoken to us. We have a very limited number of staff who are able to work with ages younger than 16. Please note: we are not a crisis center. We do not provide IOP or PHP services. If your child is in need of immediate help, please reach out to Nationwide Children's Hospital, Buckeye Ranch, Directions for Youth, Concord Counseling, or NYAP: National Youth Advocate Program.

Serenity to us means living a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life. Because of this, our therapists are committed to helping you navigate through the vulnerable points in your life.
