Clinical Therapist

As a therapist, I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic life events, addiction and general life stressors. Therapeutic modalities are Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative. My passion is walking alongside clients to rewrite their story from a strength-based perspective moving forward to a positive outlook to their future. My experience includes working with diverse populations from all socioeconomic environments, working in an office, community, and residential settings.

I am independently licensed as a LPCC-S, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, as well LICDC, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I received my master’s degree from The Methodist Theological School in Ohio in May 2012

My goal is to provide you a safe, nonjudgmental environment, assisting you in processing your issues and learning new coping skills, achieving a new sense of self-empowerment, along with improving your insight into self, family, and relationships.
