Clinical Therapist

I am a licensed outpatient therapist who blends evidence-based approaches with a warm, nonjudgmental presence to help clients move toward meaningful change.

I recognize the honor I have as a therapist to be given the opportunity to support clients along their journey, walking alongside them with respect, empathy, and commitment to their growth.

My work is grounded in collaboration: I partner with clients to identify clear, achievable goals and co-create practical strategies to reach them. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to build emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, and trauma-informed techniques to safely process and integrate difficult experiences. I have extensive experience working with youth in residential and foster care settings, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help young people build resilience and navigate complex challenges.

I am passionate about ensuring each client’s voice is heard. Clients are seen and appreciated for who they are—no labels, only people with stories, strengths, and hopes. I prioritize safety, respect, and cultural humility so therapy feels relevant and empowering.

Whether you’re seeking short-term symptom relief or longer-term growth, I offer a compassionate, structured, and flexible approach focused on measurable progress. My goal is to help you feel understood, build skills that last, and move confidently toward the life you want.
