I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Tennessee - Knoxville and I am completing my Master’s in School Counseling from Liberty University. Working with teens and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, school concerns, etc. is one of my passions.
I specialize in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including (but not limited to): Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, etc. As in sports, when counselors and clients work together as a team we are able to accomplish great things.
